Just as I had zero knowledge of what exactly "merchant services" is and how it works when I was first introduced to the industry 4 years ago, I still find, to this day, that a large majority of business owners do not understand how payment processing works, even in their own businesses!

After starting my business in Richmond, Virginia, I moved to St. Petersburg, Florida to continue learning about the exciting and rapidly evolving payment processing industry. I have experienced no greater joy than fostering relationships with over 100 business owners, helping them keep more of their hard-earned money and out of the hands of a greedy sales rep or processor.
As an account manager and POS troubleshooting/customer service support professional, I have extensive experience providing personalized support to our clients. Whether it's helping to troubleshoot POS issues or providing top-notch customer service, I am committed to ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

From humble beginnings, Bleu was given away at a random gas station in rural Florida. He strives everyday to help us with our mission to bring smiles everywhere we go.
After graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014, I did what all sensible young college graduates do and got a job at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From there I held various customer service and inside sales roles in Charlotte, North Carolina, before I moved to Wilmington, North Carolina in 2017 to be near family. I worked on my rapport and banter for a few more years in restaurants, bars, and hotels before a friend introduced me to the merchant services industry.
I began selling online ordering to restaurants owners in Richmond, Virginia in 2020. I had never done door-to-door sales or worked in a straight-commission role before, and it showed as I almost gave up after just 6 months. However, after interviewing for and turning down a "safe" opportunity with a salary, a cubicle, and benefits, I finally began to feel more confident in my new role and career. In my first year, I successfully sold and set up 50 commission-free online ordering systems. I am proud to say that my first processing partner, Poe's Pub, is still a client to this day since they signed up on March 29, 2020.
I formed Exzact Payment Solutions in April 2021 and began providing additional products and services beyond online ordering for restaurants. Now we are a comprehensive and fully customizable merchant services provider. I have helped the following businesses: restaurants, auto shops, grocery stores, landscapers, non-profits, eCommerce, HVAC, pest Control, electricians, carpenters, accountants, bookkeepers, CPAs, chiropractors, gun dealers, social media companies, plumbers, locksmith, and more.
When I am not helping business owners eliminate their payment processing fees, you can find me on the beach or hanging out with my dog Bleu. I love to get out on the links for 18, I am over confident in my ping pong and pool skills, and truly love working and building my business.
